"This summer State Farm Insurance replaced roofs on two homes. Jennifer Arce, helped my so much to hold my hand, follow up several issues & questions during this process. "If you choose to do business here, you will need to document EVERYTHING and be the expert instead of trusting what guidance they tell you. Definitely not experts with how loss assessments work. They will CYA very well in case anything is ever escalated/audited. When you need to file a claim, they will be defensive and tell you that you are SOL."

"I don’t write tons many reviews but when the service is great I always do :-). We had American Family in Broomfield for close to 10 yrs prior to switching over to State Farm. (We had terrible experience with American Family). (I’ll save that for another review). Since switching to State Farm last yr, they’ve been so awesome and accommodating. Both Brian and Brandon’s been great. Their staff is top notch. Jennifer’s been always super patient with me answering all my questions. I really appreciate them and their customer service they provide. I highly recommend to anybody looking for a home and auto coverage. (Also, our premium for home and auto went down tremendously since switching from AF insurance)! Give Brian a call!!"
